What is Your Health Pledge this Womans Day..!!
A woman is a giver who puts her wishes after everyone else’s. This can at times result in her overlooking the tiny dark spot on her cheek or the slight emergence of a frown line on her temple. Not being on her priority list, these things often go unnoticed until it’s too late. So this Women’s Day, take a pledge to take care of yourself by being beautiful not just internally but also on the outside. Few tips that will help you take the plunge.
• Feed your skin with a moisturizer and sun block every day.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol.
• Binge on brightly colored fruits and vegetables as they are rich in antioxidants.
• Pamper yourself with a skin treatment once a month.
• Most importantly, be proud of who you are, love yourself and be confident in your own skin, for you are unique and beautiful.
• Take out time every day to breathe deeply, cook healthy food and do face yoga.
• Think positively as when you feel good on the inside, you will radiate beauty on the outside.
Beyond the twenties, genes don’t always play a role in the way one looks. It is really the care that one takes of themselves that plays a huge role in how one looks in their forties and fifties. Here are some tips you can follow:
• Always use a sunscreen of SPF 30 or more.
• Use skincare products as per your skin type. 
• Exfoliate at least once a week but avoid if you have very sensitive skin or active acne
• Get your beauty sleep of 8 hours a day
• Eat a diet that is high in antioxidants
• Work out 4 times a week
• Make it more confident, warm, giving and loving – and you are sure to glow with a real beauty that no cosmetics can match.
