Welcome Monsoon - With Warm Veg Soup
Enjoy the rain with a bowl of soup to warm you and to build you up. This Vegetable soup is not only for warmth but it will fill your body with adequate vitamins too! It is healthier by not adding veggies and not adding cream. 
 
Preparation time- 10min
Cooking time- 15min
Serves -4
 
Ingredients:
1.Onion- 1finely chopped
2.Ginger- 1inch (finely chopped)
3.Carrot- 1(finely chopped)
4.Cabbage-  1cup (finely chopped)
5.Beans- 5-6 finely chopped
6.Spring onion greens- ¼ cup finely chopped
7.Corn flour- 2tsp
8.White or black pepper powder as required
9.Salt as needed
10.Oil – 1tsp
 
Method:
1.Pressure cook carrot, cabbage, beans and spring onion greens with 1 cup water and ½ tsp salt. Allow for 3 whistles.
2.Heat vessel pour 1 tsp oil and add ginger, onion and sauté for 3 min then add spring onion greens and sauté till it gets cooked.
3.Now add the pressure cooked veggies and add 4 cup water to it and cook for 2 min in medium flam.
4.Now dissolve 2tsp corn flour with little water and pour it in the cooking vessel and stir it till you get the soup consistency. Add salt according to taste.
5.Finally add pepper and garnish it with coriander leaves.
6.Serve hot and feel the warm.
