For some people obesity becomes serious cause of concern, thus it affects mental fitness. In some people, other cause of losing weight is hormonal imbalance. Besides this the main cause is unhealthy eating habits.
 
Few easy weight loss ideas:
 
  • Talk a walk before dinners, this will help to burn calories and also lowers your appetite.
  • After every two hours take a walk for 5 minutes in office or at home. It will make your body active.
  • Eat fruits instead of juices, as it will satisfy your stomach for longer time than juices.
  • Eat water based fruits and vegetables, as they are good source of nutrition.
  • Have 4 -5 small meals in a day. This will release less insulin and that will keep your blood sugar level normal.
