Tone Your Abs And Also Arms With Prone Boat Pose:
How to perform Prone Boat’s Pose:
  • Lie on your stomach with your toes flat on the floor, with your arms in front and forehead resting on the ground.
  • With inhalation lift both of your legs straight in the air and at the same time lift your upper body from the ground with your arms stretched up.
  • Hold the posture for 10-20 seconds in normal breathing and slowly place your body back onto the floor.
  • Repeat this exercise three times.


  • In this asana, muscles of legs and hands are stretched.
  • Activates inner abdominal organs.
  • Strengthens the back muscles.
  • Tones the lower abdomen.

Do not perform:

  • In case you have gone through any abdominal surgery.
