How to perform:
  • Lie down on your mat placing your fingertips behind your head for support.
  • Pull your belly button toward your spine.
  • Legs mimic a pedaling motion while elbows move diagonally across the body.Don’t try to touch the knee with elbow.
  • Try to make the leg straight while extending it out and bend completely in the whole motion. 
  • Breathe evenly throughout the exercise.
  • Try it 20-40 times alternately on the both sides.
Benefits:
  • The bicycle sequence helps to balance your energy.
  • Regular practice results in toning your tummy. 
  • Make legs and knees strong.
Do not perform:
  • If you have any injury or surgery with knees, hips.
  • If you have a lower back ache.
