Spicy Winter Drink
Preparation time:  A few minutes

Number of serving: 4 
•A pinch of cinnamon (dalchini)
•7 Green cardamoms (elaichi)
•4 Star anise
•Ginger (adrak) 1 inch 
•50ml Lemon juice 
•5tsp Honey 
•Combine the cinnamon, cardamoms, star anise and ginger in a deep pan along with 350ml of water and bring to boil.
•Remove from the flame, add the lemon juice and honey and mix well.
•Strain it and serve immediately, garnished with star anise and a cinnamon stick.
