How to perform:
  • Place both arms overhead as pictured.
  • Position the palm of your left hand in the center of your back (Inhale).
  • (Exhale) Use your right hand to gently pull your left elbow back. Feel the stretch in the back of your left arm, your shoulders, and your upper back. Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Slowly release the stretch, switch arms & repeat 5-5 times on each side.
