How to perform:
  • Stand with your feet together as if you were holding a jump rope with both thumbs blocked by your fingers. (if you have then feel free to use a real one). 
  • Land lightly on the balls of your feet to avoid making too much noise and straining your feet.
  • Jump in place for 1-2 minutes.
  • Repeat for 7-10 sets.
Do not perform:
  • In case of back and knees aches .
