Without enough protein your body cannot build new tissues, your hair and skin won’t be glowing and your energy levels won’t be as high a few days later. They provide plenty of vitamins and minerals from all the fruits and vegetables that you are consuming.

Detox diets are good for those who continuously are on non-vegetarian diet and don’t consume fruits and vegetables.  Going on a cleanser fro a couple of days if you are healthy doesn’t seem to cause any damage .If you need to challenge yourself or start clean rating habits but don’t do more than that.
