Keep your shape intact through beach season with this routine that will..........

So this is the simple logic behind the stretching exercises.The intensity of stretching is very moderate and one can do it without much effort and strain. Stretching makes the body more flexible and supple.

How to perform:
Kick the right foot behind you, bending the left knee, and releasing the hands to the floor.
Hold this lunge position for five breaths.
Lower left knee towards the ground so that the leg is completely straight and, if it feels good, gently lower forearms to the ground. 
Breathe here for 5 deep breaths, then repeat on left side.
Repeat it for 3-3 times on each side everyday.

Do not perform:
In case of carpal tunnel syndrome.
In case you have weak wrists or slipped prolapsed disc.
