How to perform:
  • Stand upright, feet together, arms to sides.
  • In a fluid motion, jump up and move your feet to wider than shoulder-width while your arms circle up to touch your hands above your head.
  • Jump back to the starting position.
  • Set of 3 with jumping atleast 30 times in each set.
