Jackfruit is supposed to be largest tree-borne fruits in the world. Jackfruit is rich in dietary fiber, which makes it a good laxative fruit. It is one of the rare fruit which is rich in B-complex group vitamins. It contains good amount of vitamin-B.  Fresh fruit is good source of potassium, magnesium and iron. Potassium helps in controlling heart rate and blood pressure.
