How to perform:

  • Lie down on your belly with face down with knees bent and open to sides, feet flexed and heels pressed together.
  • Bend elbows and stack hands so that you can rest forehead on top. Keep your heels touching each other,squeeze your glutes and lift thighs off the floor.
  • Lower back to the starting position.
  • Repeat it for 25 times in 3 sets.

Benefits:

  • Tones the abdominal muscles.
  • Reduce all the extra flab around thighs and butt.

Do not perform:

  • If you have lower back ache.
