Get Slimmer Waist And Thighs With Pendulum Pose:
How to perform Pendulum Pose:
  • Stand with your feet well apart (about 3-4 feet)
  • Point your right foot to 90 degree in the right, and your left foot slightly to the right.
  • Inhale and stretch your arms behind your back with interlocked fingers. 
  • Twist the trunk to the right, with exhale bent forward at the waist.
  • Bring the head down to touch the knee with your nose or chin.
  • Hold the position for 10-15 seconds in normal breathing.
  • Now inhale and raise the trunk, lower the arms and re-centre the body.
  • Repeat the same on the other side.
  • This completes one round.
  • Practice it 3-3 times on each side.
  • Burns the fat around tummy,thighs and arms.
  • Strengthens the hamstrings and back muscles.
  • Makes the back supple and tones the spinal nerves.
  • Improves blood circulation from head to face.
Do not perform:
  • If you are suffering from any heart disease,high blood pressure.
