Get Energize With Ragi Roti- This Winters
Number of servings – 4
Preparation time – 5 min
Cooking time – 15 min
•Ragi – 1cup
•Onion  - 1 medium
•Tomato  - 1 small
•Methi leaves – 1cup
•Curry leaves  -1 spring
•Green chillies  - 2-3
•Salt – to tast.
To temper:
•Oil – 2tsp
•Musterd- ¾ tsp
•Urad dal - 1 tsp
•Asafotida- 2-3 pinch
•Take ragi and salt in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan season items given in” to temper” table. 
•Then add curry leaves onion for 1 min then add tomato fry for another min.
•Finaly add methi leaves and cook for 1 min.
•Add the fried items to the ragi flour and mix well by adding little by little water till it becomes smooth dough.
•Divide the dough into 4 equal part and flatten in a ziplock cover . Heat the pan with ½ tsp oil then transfer the flatten roti to the pan cook it by drizzle oil over it then flip and cook until it done.
•Now serve hot with onion raitha.
