Downward Facing Pose For Toning Your Arms And Legs:
How to perform Downward Facing Dog Pose:
  • Come on your hands and knees. Your wrists should be under your shoulders and your knees just under your hips.
  • Curl your toes in and on  the balls of your feet, lift your hips toward the ceiling until your body makes an inverted "V."
  • Press your chest toward your knees, keep your eyes focused on your toes and try to stretch your tailbone up towards the ceiling.

  • Stretches the shoulders, hamstrings, calves, arches, and hands
  • Strengthens and tones the arms and legs
  • It helps strengthen the bones and prevent osteoporosis.
  • Lengthens and straightens the spine, helping to relieve pain in the upper, middle and lower back.
