Chickpea Salad

Chickpea is also known as “Desi chana”, are low in fat and high in protein. It helps reduces weight contains high quality dietary protein. It  gives  phosphorous more than milk in  same amount.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup of chickpea
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tsp dhaniya (chopped)
  • 1 medium potato cubes  
  • 2 Green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • ¼   tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp of white salt
  • 2 tsp chat masala

Method –

  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Add salt to taste
  • Sprinkle chat masala to it
