Celebrate New Year With Low Calorie Pudding

Serves- 4 people 
 
 
Ingredients:
  • 6-7 White bread slices 
  • 6-7 Dates 
  • 3- Cup milk
  • ½ tsp cardamom  powder 
  • Nuts ( cashews / slice almonds)
 
Method:
  • Cut the bread into quarters 
  • Grill/ toast the bread
  • Heat the milk till it condensed to half
  • After cooling, grind it with dates.
  • Arrange the bread slice in a bowl and pour the grind mixture over it.
  • Garnish it with toasted nuts.
