Boost Your Immune With Mushroom Salad
Mushrooms are rich in plant chemicals, which help boost the immune system. Mushroom contains compounds that can help to prevent cancer and auto immune diseases and its rich in anticancer antioxidant mineral selenium. It is also a good source of B vitamins, including folate and niacin, which has cholesterol lowering properties.

Ingredients:
Spinach – 1 cup
Mushroom - 1 cup
Onion - 1 cup
Walnuts – 1/3 cup
Pepper - for dressing
Salt – as needed
Hungcurd - as needed 
 
Method:
 
Combine spinach, mushrooms, orange and onions in a bowl toss salad with enough pepper, hungcurd and salt, finally garnish it with walnuts.
