Apple  papaya smoothie

Apples are low in calorie also in dietary fiber, which helps prevent absorption of dietary-LDL or bad cholesterol in the gut. Apple also contains a small amount of minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and calcium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure.

  • Apple   whole
  • Orange whole             
  • Papaya cubes 2 cup      
  • Honey - 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg Powder - 1 tsp


  • Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  •  Keep it in a fridge to chill, don’t serve smoothie in 15 -20 minutes.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top.
  • Serve chilled.
