Ingredients

  • 2 small size green raw mangoes
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar  2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds (powdered) 2 tsp
  • Black salt to taste as required
  • Mint leaves to garnish
  • Crushed ice

Method

  • Boil the green mangoes with water till it gets pulpy.
  • Remove the upper coating of mangoes and get the pulp with the help of spoon.
  • Add sugar to the pulp and let it cook till the sugar dissolves, stir continuously and mix it well.
  • Add cumin powder, black salt and salt.
  • Let the mixture cool for 2 minutes add water to it.
  • Now add finely chopped mint and crushed ice.
  • Serve chilled.
